friendly staffconvenient shuttle
I found the staff super friendly. From security to reception. waiters to housekeepers were polite! the shuttle service to the airport was convenient. It saved me a lot of hassle getting around. the location near the airport was so useful!

the location proved convenient, offering easy access to nearby shops.
My 'standard room p zamora wing' was disappointing. the room looked quite worn. the air conditioning unit made excessive noise, i found it difficult to sleep. i also discovered the breakfast options were limited. Only filipino dishes were available, with no western choices at all.

the location's proximity to the metro was acceptable.
The room felt old and wasn't clean. there was dust everywhere, and the bedsheets seemed like they hadn't been changed. They were stained. the breakfast options were quite limited too. I was essentially forced to eat rice with every meal. it's frustrating!!!

The location was convenient for my needs.
The room did not match the photos. It was also much smaller than advertised. The dining area at breakfast was too chaotic. I chose to eat elsewhere. The busy road made the airport proximity less of a benefit.

the staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which i appreciated. my room was very clean and spacious. i found the location really convenient for getting around the area.
The hallways were warm and had an unpleasant smell. It made walking to my room uncomfortable.
